Chart or motto kit is listed in both stores.

This is a famous quote from a chaplain on December 7, 1941,  aboard a U.S. Navy ship during the attack at Pearl Harbor. He went up and down the line encouraging the men by saying "praise the Lord and Pass the ammunition"

It was then made into a song with lyrics by Frank Loesser.  By 1943 the song reached no. 1 on the billboard chart.

He donated the royalties from sales of the song to the Navy Relief Society.

Posting important floss and linen club updates  once again.

 Both clubs ARE available on Ebay and Etsy.

Now you can order the sets you would like from a large selection.

You will NOT be getting the regular Paypal invoices from us. We have notified Paypal to stop sending those invoices. If you do get one, as Paypal can be slow with changes, DO NOT PAY the invoice. 

****If you have any old unpaid invoices do not pay those either.

Please order on the other sites. Our available floss sets are shown there.

***Important price increases are reflected there. Wholesale floss prices increased drastically over a year ago and we continued to keep the prices low as long as we could. Our shipping costs have gone up and other wholesale prices are on the rise.

The listings for floss will be for 6 or 12 skeins. Titles will be Limited Editions or Primitives  and then will change each month.

We will list in batches each day so we can keep to shipping within 24 hours of orders placed. We will list more each day from the 1st-15th of each month. You can then purchase the club and amount you want and re-order if you want more.

Linens will be listed each month and you can purchase colors and counts you like. This will be much easier.

Shipping continues

We are shipping May and June orders at this time and continue to thank you for your patience.

We are paying the extra postage on your orders since the postal increase as our way of saying we appreciate your business.

 April and May orders are still shipping. A lot of customers paid late and are getting caught up so we were flooded with orders.

We now have all the back ordered inventory and are stocked up for 10 months for this year. We appreciate your patience during the difficult time of getting materials from our suppliers.

Invoices

 Paypal always send the invoices a day or two early....I don't know why they do that are there are on auto for the 1st.

You can wait until we get all the current orders out to pay your invoices. We understand and thank you for your patience.

Important updates and a thank you to our suppliers

 Last year was difficult for the manufacturers everywhere. With many restrictions and lockdowns they continue to do their best to provide us with merchandise.

I have been told by my distributor that Zweigart is still 4 months behind in production but they have added a third shift to help them and hopefully they will get caught up. They have been struggling since last spring.

We were pleased to receive a pallet of 19 boxes of floss cones delivered by the freight company, 715 pounds of floss! The DMC sales rep told me they are working with 25% staff in the warehouse. We have been working long hours to dye and card floss. I do the floss 12 hours a day and Tom does emails, packing and shipping. I know it has been difficult for some of you who are anxious for your orders. We understand. We have enough floss to get us through 6 months and should have another shipment in 60 days.

January and February clubs are still shipping and should be complete by early next week. March should ship by the end of March. This has been no easy task to catch up after we received back ordered inventory.

We thank all of you for understanding. Covid has made everything difficult and stressful for all of us. We will get through this.

Thank you for your patience

 We continue to thank you for your patience as we process orders. We have received another shipment from Zweigart and DMC and we are working as fast as we can to get the last of the back orders out to you.

We are finally getting ahead on inventory as we order as often as inventory becomes available. Getting stocked up is a huge relief as Zweigart in Germany is still 4 months behind in production and it is not getting any better from what we hear. Placing another order next week should put us 4 months ahead with our inventory for the clubs with floss and linens. We quit taking special orders so we can supply club members.

We know this has been difficult for you to be patient and we truly appreciate all of you. We will continue the clubs this year and hopefully things will ease up and get better in the future.

Processing orders as quickly as we can

 Thank you for your patience. We received the back ordered inventory from DMC and Zweigart and we are dyeing and filling orders as fast as we can.

 As we previously posted on the blog, we received all of our back ordered inventory (4 months worth) from DMC and Zweigart.....we are dyeing and shipping as fast as we can and thank you for your patience. All orders will ship by the end of the month.

Our customers are our priority. We understand some of you get impatient.....we truly understand But we are doing our best to process 600 yards of linen.....cut it, serge it, dye it and iron it! The we Dye, cut, count and tie on cards 400,000 yards of floss. We are truly working as fast as we possibly can.

If you have not received an order by the end of the month please contact us.

We are at the mercy of our suppliers and a lot of other companies are in the same position. We read of shortages all over the web.

Updates, shipments, linen and floss, oh my!

 We have received two large shipments of linen this week and have 50 bolts in assorted counts. As you may know, Zweigart in Germany had Covid  restrictions starting back last summer and cut production. With increased demand they got further behind....and are now 3-4 months behind on production. We are on the schedule to receive linen each month and we are now in a good position with linen for several months ahead for the clubs.

We have seen delays from companies all over the internet and know we are not alone in this.

Our DMC orders are arriving and we have floss for 6 months for the clubs and hope to be stocked for 12 months by January. One can never have enough floss!

We will be working fast and furious to have the November orders out by the 30th if possible.....this has been difficult for everyone and we appreciate your patience. We are all in the same boat and working together is the key. Covid cases have been very high in my area of Illinois since last spring....we have not been to a store since early March and have everything delivered. With all the autoimmune diseases I have we simply can't take a chance.

We thank you for your business during these difficult times. We are doing the best we can to provide you with our wholesale prices on linens and floss. We hope you continue your memberships through next year with us. Invoices go out each month until you cancel.

 The last of the September orders are shipping today. Tom and I want to thank you for your patience during this difficult time with my ankle.....it has really slowed me down and I apologize for taking longer to process orders this month. We have so many club members and we had a lot of custom orders that I have been working on.

We appreciate all of you and hope to speed up the orders next month. I am not up and running but I am up and limping! lol
