Be Ye Thankful Give-away, enter NOW!

It's almost that time of year here in the states......our traditional Thanksgiving on the 4th Thursday in November. The date this year is the 22nd and I am having my usual Be Ye Thankful give-away to celebrate. Since the original day was a celebration of the harvest....I like to celebrate a harvest of friends! And I am very thankful for each and every one of you.

I usually have one winner drawn for this give-away but since I have so many new followers, I will draw TWO names! Two lucky winners to receive a gift.

I thought I would put together a nice selection of goodies to surprise the lucky winners. So you will have to wait and see what it is! These surprises usually have a value of $50 or more as I like to include a nice selection. You can suggest what you would like...floss, fabric (linen or aida), charts, etc.....but first you have to tell me what you are thankful for!

I am always thankful for many things....my wonderful family that surrounds me.....the blessings I have received...and the friends and followers I have met and that is the best part of this business. From all over the world I have met the nicest group of people that I enjoy chatting and sharing with.

The give-away will be on the 21st of November as I will be very busy on the holiday.
Rules: You must be a follower at the right. Click to follow by Faithful Friends.
You must post a comment here. Post on your blog, Flosstube, Twitter, Instagram, stitching group or facebook and get 100 more entries. We want lots of stitchers to have a chance to win a gift. You must check back to see if you are a winner as I don't have time to hunt you down! lol

Thanks for stopping by...and good luck to all who enter. Let the comments begin. So tell me what you are thankful for. I am thankful for.............
Nancy

Remember......All you can take with you is that which you've given away.

P.S.
If you have the time you should read the comments. I am honored that my friends share their personal stories with us....and you will see why this is my favorite give-away!

  36. It hardly seems possible that it's that time of year again! Thank you for your generosity in sharing the things you make with your own hands. That ability is certainly something for which to be thankful. =) I'm thankful to have enough of what I need. So many people in the world don't have enough of anything they need. I feel I have an abundance of blessings in a sturdy little car, a warm tight house, food on the table and more waiting to be prepared. I have friends who love me and share my interests, and family who might not share the interests, but love me anyway. I'm thankful for the beauty of the world we have been given, and the fact that things are always changing, so I never get bored. I'm thankful for classical music, classic books, and still being able to create and function well. I'm grateful for a Heavenly Father and a Savior, and I could go on for about a hundred more pages. My blessings overflow, and I'm grateful for all of them. Thanks for the opportunity to think about these things and feel them.

  46. I am thankful for that fact that I can open my eyes every morning and to be able to see a beauty of our world and don`t feel any pain in my body. To know I can do whatever I want to do and to live here and now -these things make me feel happy and grateful.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I am thankful for so many things but one very basic thing is for the gift of my eyesight. My mother is blind with glaucoma and watching her slowly lose the ability to appreciate the sight of beautiful things that she loves makes me so grateful that I do not take my vision for granted. I try to help her see through my eyes but she often comments that she is sad that she cannot clearly see my needlework. It’s a great lesson that I also taught my children—to always be mindful of thankful for the amazing things in life that usually go unnoticed.

  88. Love reading these comments, as always. I am in Canada, so our Thanksgiving is over, but I am thankful every day for my daughter. As a disabled single mom it can sometimes be overwhelming (she is now 12 1/2). Money can be very tight (most of the time) to make sure she has everything she needs and keep up with rising costs. Trying to be a good example can be difficult when pushing through days of pain and exhaustion. I have few supports and it can be lonely and isolating at times. She is what keeps me going on the bad days. I am so thankful for her (I also had 3 miscarriages and a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. I had a total hysterectomy at age 26). And that she is healthy and has not inherited my condition. I am also thankful that my now legally blind grandma taught me how to cross stitch as a kid and I am still able to do it as a hobby and a productive way to spend some time most days. Thank you for reminding us all to take some time to think about the positive things in our lives. Happy Thanksgiving! Shared to Twitter (@AngBulbeck).

  141. I'm adding my voice to the chorus of those wonderful people in the comments section who are so thankful for God, friends, and family. In spite of many difficult things, I always, every day, have something to be thankful for. I think of all of those who are displaced this year because of the world upheavals that have occurred; it is so heartbreaking. May all of our hearts open to those in need in our world, that we may give what we are able to give. That somehow, whatever our circumstances, we find a way to be a blessing to others. And Nancy, thank you for always being a blessing!

  176. Once again another beautiful giveaway. Thank you so much for the chance to win. What I am most thankful for......I was given one to three weeks to live over four years ago. I had a blood disease that doctors have no idea how it starts or how to cure it for sure. I was sent home from the hospital. Three weeks later, my platelet count started to rise. God began to work on me and today I am 100 percent healed. So every new day is a blessing to me.
I will announce your giveaway on Facebook and also on my blog.
Thanks again, and I would love Aida and charts. Of course all your threads are beautiful too Thanks again. LindaLee

I know there are lots of women like me out there who has done so much to have back their Husband, I am here to tell you the answer is right here. I contacted him immediately and follow the step that he ask and in the next 48 hours my husband called me and was eager for my forgiveness and that he wished nothing more than to have me in his arms forever. I filled so much joy and happiness that I found Dr Oduwa. I hope you all here will find this testimony of mine and get your husband back in just 48 hours Oduwa contact is droduwaspellhome01@gmail.com you can also call or whatsapp him on +2348136354191.
