New Halloween Trim Bag and a give-away! Enter now!

I am still swamped designing custom mottoes and stitching them for my regular customers. I have never worked so hard as I have this last month trying to keep up with these orders. Trying to fit 6 hours of stitching in each day has been the ultimate challenge. This last gal changed the Scotland the Brave pattern I designed for her....and then she wanted a tartan plaid border stitched around it! The price just doubled when she added that element. I am at the point where I am going to say no to the next custom order....and take a breather and get back to what needs to be done around here. I am carving another fancy frame and have designed another pattern for another frame. I need to get that done in the next couple weeks.

I am putting together my second Primitive trim bag and that will be available later today along with a give away.

My customers keep asking me for more Halloween trim bags. It seems like I just can't keep them in stock each year as they sell out so quickly. This year I added a few different things.....
It includes hand dyed black cotton tape in 1/8" and 1/4", brown, pumpkin spice  and black 1/2" ric rac, orange and black 1/8" mini ric rac, pumpkin, spice and black hand dyed chenille trim wound on bobbins, 3 colors of hand dyed buttons: dark brown/black, grey and 2 shades of pastel pumpkin and orange. 3 yards of hand dyed black cluny lace. 2 yards of hand dyed cluny ric rac in grey and pastel pumpkin.Hand dyed wood buttons are bird houses, flower and a heart. 3 small black safety pins and 4 charms I hand pick from the above group.     Oh, my grand daughter would love that bag. I am working on a octagon spider web quilt for her complete with neon hand quilting in green and purple. This bag would take the place of the big spiders with twisted legs. Perfect!

      Cost being a factor, we omitted the border from her motto. I will post a photo after she decides how she wants the motto to read and after I get it stitched. I may convert this one to a chart too.......time permitting.
