Fun dilemma... I've been both a seams...Hmmmm... Fun dilemma... I've been both a seamstress and a stitcher...but, for me, "Sewing" suggests tailoring/sewing of garments and the like...while "stitching" evokes the more delicate handwork of embroidery, cross stitching, and the like. Given that orientation, I would vote for "The Stitching Parlor/Parlour"....as I envision a place were women/girls pull up a chair in front of the fire and stitch with needle and thread.... I'm sure whichever you choose, it will be wonderful....
